- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Cath Lab experience AND 1+ year of ICU, ER, or PACU experience required 2. Cases: Recovery of cardiac caths, PCIs, PFO, CTOs, and EP procedures including pacemakers, BiV, AICD, Cryo; LHC, RHC, PCI, some structural heart 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required 4. License: CA RN License required; must be active and in hand at time of submittal — no pending or temp licenses accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required 1-2 nights per week; 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks; no floating required; scheduling is self-schedule; no scheduling requests allowed — traveler must be flexible 8. RTO: Maximum 10 days; none within first 2 weeks of assignment; must be submitted at time of submission or will not be approved; pre-approved time off listed as one 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent employees must be separated for 24 months before eligible for travel positions at all Cedars-Sinai facilities (including Torrance Memorial and Cedars Marina Del Rey), except CSMN which requires 12 months. All past Cedars employment (travel, staff, etc.) must be included on profile. Travel/Local: Local travelers accepted at the same bill rate 11.
