Cases: Home Health setting; adults and geriatrics patient population; 5 weighted visits per day (4-5 patients/day) 3. Certifications: BLS preferred (not required); must be AHA or American Red Cross; all applicable certifications uploaded with valid expiration dates at submission 4. License: CA PT License required; CA Driver's License and auto insurance required; Nursys upload within last 2 weeks with valid CA State License 5. Education: Not specified 6.
