Requirements
- Required certification: Physical Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:Pay OT after 8 hrs/day. Bill OT after 40 hours/week. Peds PT needed, 1/2 of time will be with peds other 1/2 of time will be with adults. Will be outpatient and acute hospital setting. Mon-Fri, Variable hours (8-10 hour days, anywhere from about 7am to 5pm) No weekends or holidays required. Our PT s provide services throughout the entire hospital (LTC and Acute Care) and inpatient needs. How many weeks is the assignment? 13 Certifications? Current Alaska Physical Therapy license and BLS certification Scrub colors/brands? Are the provided? Provided, Teal PT must have 2 years of experience Cancellation Policy:may cancel any shift or part of a shift without penalty, according to the following limits: 3 shifts for any assignment of 13 weeks or less, 4 shifts for any assignment of 14-20 weeks, and 5 shifts for any assignment of 21 weeks or more.
