- Unit Notes:Important Info to Review: ***80-mile LOCAL Placements*** LOCAL ADJUSTED BILL RATE: -$8.00 LOCAL ADJUSTED OT BILL RATE: -$8.00 *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.* All clinicians must badge in and out at facility CAH experience required. Must be able to work ER and Med Surg. Nurses work both med surg and ER together General job duties. Types of procedures required. Care of patients that are hospitalized (inpatient, observation, and swing bed), outpatients that come to the hospital for infusions or treatments, and care of patients that come to the emergency room Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Computerized charting and barcode medication scanning via Epic Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 12 bed inpatient capacity, 10 bed med/surg, and outpatient rooms Required skills and minimum years of experience. 2-3 years of Med Surg and/or ER experience preferred Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:CAH Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:D/N rotate. Every 3rd weekend. Every other holiday. Required Certifications:ACLS, BLS Certification, PALS
