Cases: Orthopedic conditions, neuro diagnoses, infants with torticollis, peds age 9 and up for ortho conditions, pelvic floor diagnoses; skills include acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, SNF, cervicalgia, low back pain, post-op cervical/shoulder/spinal surgeries, total hip/knee replacement, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA) required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid Michigan RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Three 6pm days required; shorter days negotiable; 40 guaranteed hours per week; no call; no weekend requirement; travelers are first to float 8.
