Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required; acute care experience required; ICU experience strongly preferred 2. Cases: Respiratory failure, cardiac, brain injury (CVA, TBI, anoxia), wound care 3. Certifications: BLS certification required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard) 4. License: TX PT License or PT Compact License required 5. Education: Graduated from PT program; current PT license required 6. EMR: ProTouch 7. Shifts/Call: Days shift; 32 weekly guaranteed hours; weekends with prior approval for flex scheduling; call not required 8. RTO: Must be disclosed at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local rate is $10 below current travel bill rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified 14. Scrubs: Purple scrubs required; no headphones/earbuds on floors; no artificial nails 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Not specified 16.
