- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required 2. Cases: Prior Cancer Center Experience HIGHLY Preferred 3. Certifications: Not specified 4. License: Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy Program with current licensure as a pharmacist in state of practice; Nursys report required at submission and must have been pulled within the last 7 days; pending licenses will be considered but active license at time of submission is preferred 5. Education: Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy Program 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Must be willing to accept "call back" when necessary; travelers are expected to float within the hospital as needed 8. RTO: RTO must be listed on the cover page at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous staff/travelers must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year and remain in good standing to be eligible for return 10.
