- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required 2. Cases: Interventional Cardiac Cath lab experience required; Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Left heart catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted; copies required at submission 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 or 3x12 Days (0630-1900); on-call required as needed; will work 2-3 weekends per contract 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 or less days of non-holiday RTO; anything more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous Perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted for all units except OR RN - must be 50 miles or more from facility for OR specialty 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start, renewed annually; first day is virtual at-home day; strict deadlines (4PM CST on Day 1) 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
