Experience: At least 1 year required; HARDSTOP — hospital experience is required and at least some exposure to pediatrics; if all experience is in retail pharmacy, please redirect 2. Cases: Pediatric patients including neonates, adolescents, infants; Children's Hospital / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center 3. Certifications: BLS, PharmD, RPh required; TX LIC required; compact license must be in hand at submission 4. License: TX RN License required; compact license must be in hand at submission; facility does not accept Nursys 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7 days on / 7 days off; night shift 2000-0630; later in the year (July/August) will transition to day shift to cover FMLA through 1/13/2027; every other weekend required; block schedules required; 48 hours not approved; no on-call required 8. RTO: RTO limit of 7 days (anything more may delay offer); must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); all RTO must be requested upfront at submittal; post-submittal RTO may not be granted; inflexibility may lead to termination and system DNR 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose if candidate has ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, travel contract, or registry/per-diem, including location and dates 10.
