- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: C-sections, cerclage removals; preferred neonates 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: On-call not required; no floating between like units 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submittal; 7 days offered; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; first-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: RNs wear Navy Blue; L&D/OR/Cath Lab scrubs provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Obstetrical case trays, spray trays post procedure Critical: LA fire card within last 30 days required. Two references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. All travelers expected to float between all facilities within state.
