- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of PICU nursing experience including ability to care for pre-operative and immediate post-operative PICU surgical patients and trauma patients, OR 2 years pediatric CVICU nursing experience; must have at least 2 years of specialty inpatient experience 2. Cases: Pre-operative and immediate post-operative PICU surgical patients, trauma patients, or pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients 3. Certifications: BLS cert and PALS cert required 4. License: MN RN license or MN Temp Permit-RN required; does not have to be in hand at time of submittal but must obtain before start date 5. Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Evening/Night (3x12, 36 hrs), every other weekend, no call; minimum of 7 weekends within 12-13 week assignment 8.
