- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; current surgery experience required; Strong Ortho required 2. Cases: General, GYN, Pain, Endoscopy, Urology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, ENT, Plastics; extensive surgical skills list including Total joint replacement, Arthroscopy, Orthopedic robotic surgery, Mako Surgical System, and more 3. Certifications: BLS required; CST via NBSTA or TS-C via NCCT required; ACLS and PALS required; Basic Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation course with minimum passing score of 80%; Specialty competency (OR) assessment with minimum passing score of 80% within the last year 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits — immediate rejection if submitted with a license hit 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days, 0630-1700; 30-minute call response time; will take call and holidays; 4-5 call shifts per month; average of every 6th weekend and 4 weekdays per month on call 8. RTO: No more than 5 days per 13-week contract; NO holiday RTO accepted at all; submissions with holiday RTO or more than 5 days will be escalated 9. Returning Staff: Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission; any profile gaps of 3 months or more require an explanation in work history 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals are NOT eligible; address must be greater than 75 miles from contracted facility; floating required to other areas including sister Integris facilities up to 75 miles; no block scheduling; 1 submittal allowed per traveler to ALL Integris campuses; no travel pairs 11. Background: Absolutely no license hits; immediate rejection if submitted with a license hit 12.
