- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Cardiac and Vascular experience required 2. Cases: Cardiac (Atrial Septal defect repair, Cardiomyoplasty, CABG, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, TAVR, Ventricular Assist Device LVAD/RVAD, Laparoscopic Cardiac Surgery); Vascular (AAA repair, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortocaval fistula repair, Aortoenteric fistula repair, AV fistula repair, AV malformation surgery, Atherectomy, Carotid angioplasty/stenting/Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Renal artery bypass surgery, TEVAR); scrub experience highly preferred for General, Urology, and Ortho; Level 2 trauma experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA or NCCT required; copies must be included with submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Shifts alternate between 6:30a-5:00p and 9:00a-8:00p; weekend call (24-48 hours); weekday nights on-call (12 hours); 14 weekday call shifts per schedule (M-F 7p-7a); 2 x 48-hour weekend shifts per schedule; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8.
