- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 1 year of Epic EMR experience required 2. Cases: Cardiac, Neuro, IR and Vascular Cath Lab; 5-room Cath Lab serving Interventional and non-Interventional Cardiology, IR, Neuro Interventional, and Vascular surgeons; Chest Pain Certified and Stroke Center 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and ARRT(R) or CCI RCIS required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: If ARRT, Oregon license required (ETA 1 week); pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; 1 year of experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days, 0645-1715; 1 weekend of call per month; 1 weeknight of call per week; orientation held weekly on Mondays (20 orientation hours) 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9.
