Cases: Required — Cardiac surgery (CABG on/off pump, AVR, MVRR, TVRR, Aortic aneurysm/dissection, total artificial heart, heart transplant, LVAD implantation, minimally invasive valve replacement, trans-catheter mitral/aortic/tricuspid valve replacement); Vascular surgery (AAA, thoracic and thoracoabdominal aneurysm including fenestrated grafts, endarterectomy, bypass for peripheral artery disease, amputation, ECMO decannulation and repositioning). Required CVOR case experience: AAA Repair, Atrial Septal Defect repair, Carotid endarterectomy, CABG, EVAR, Femoral Popliteal Bypass Graft, Mitral Valve Replacement, Pericardial Window, TAVR, TEVAR, VAD, ECMO. Preferred — General, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Thoracic, Bariatrics, Transplant 3. Certifications: BLS required; NBSTSA or NCCT required; must be AHA or American Red Cross not specified 4. License: Pending state license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Excellian/Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Shifts — 06:45-15:15, 09:30-18:00, 14:45-23:15; On-call required — up to 2 weekends per month, up to 2 weekdays per week, holiday call if needed; No floating within or to sister facilities; Block schedule not accommodated; Guaranteed 40 hours 8.
