Cases: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortobifemoral bypass, CABG, Carotid Endarterectomy, CVOR, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, EVAR, Mitral valve replacement, TAVR, TEVAR, VATS, and additional cardiac/vascular procedures as listed 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required; CST required 4. License: DORA issued state license required; can be pending at submittal but proof required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s (0630-1900) or 4x10s (0630-1700); call required — 1 weeknight per week and one weekend per month (Friday 1700 to Monday 0600); weekend coverage required per unit needs 8. RTO: Maximum 10 RTO days per 13-week contract; RTO not allowed during: June 28-July 9, 2026; September 2-12, 2026; October 25-November 4, 2026; November 22-December 2, 2026; December 20-January 3, 2027; no blocked scheduling requests 9.
