- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have Level 1 Trauma Experience 2. Cases: CVOR experience, First Assist roles, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atherectomy, ASD repair, Cardiomyoplasty, CABG, ECMO, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, VAD management 3. Certifications: BLS, CST through NBSTSA required; pending certifications not accepted 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required 7. Shifts/Call: 0600-1630 shifts; On-call required after shift hours Friday-Sunday during scheduled weeks; will take call at least two days each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule; minimum of 5 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: ALL requests must be included with submission; requests only accommodated if approved by facility at time of booking 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 100+ miles from every Prisma facility for full rate; 90-99.9 miles accepted at 10% bill rate reduction; OR specialties must be 50+ miles from flagship hospital (Prisma Richland or Prisma Greenville) 11.
