- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Cardiac surgery (CABG on/off pump, AVR, MVRR, TVRR, Aortic aneurysm/dissection, total artificial heart, heart transplant, LVAD implantation, minimally invasive valve replacement, trans-catheter mitral/aortic/tricuspid valve replacement); Vascular surgery (Endovascular and open procedures: AAA, thoracic and thoracoabdominal aneurysm including fenestrated grafts, endarterectomy, bypass for peripheral artery disease, amputation, ECMO decannulation and repositioning); CVOR cases required: AAA repair, ASD repair, carotid endarterectomy, CABG, EVAR, femoral popliteal bypass graft, mitral valve replacement, pericardial window, TAVR, TEVAR, VAD, ECMO 3. Certifications: NBSTSA or NCCT required; BLS required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license in hand preferred; otherwise must apply for MN license at time offer is accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic/Excellian required for some positions 7. Shifts/Call: Up to 2 weekends per month, up to 2 weekdays per week, holiday call if needed 8. RTO: No more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius required; locals not accepted 11.
