Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5+ years total CST experience; 2+ years in cardiac & vascular; 1 year CVOR experience; 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility 2. Cases: CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement, heart/lung transplant, aortic aneurysm repair, LVAD/RVAD, AVF repair, femoral popliteal bypass graft, laparoscopic cardiac surgery, mitral valve replacement, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair; experience with cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing required 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: PM Weekends, 1830-0700 (12-hour shifts); call required; must be flexible; no 10-hour shifts, no 3-12-hour shifts, no block scheduling 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9.
