- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the specialty required; first-time travelers will be considered 2. Cases: Cardiac surgery experience required; pediatric cardiac surgery strongly preferred; adult CT surgery accepted/preferred; experience with cardiopulmonary bypass and ECMO cannulation required 3. Certifications: CST Certification required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift 4x10s, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM; 1-2 call days per week; two 48-hour weekend call shifts every 4-6 weeks; 30-minute response time required 8. RTO: All RTO requests must be submitted at time of submission; maximum 5 RTO days allowed; no block scheduling unless requesting weekends only (Friday-Sunday) 9.
