- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; unit accepts first time travelers 2. Cases: Cardiovascular/thoracic, Transplant & Robotics (Thoracic) preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Schedule 6:30-19:00 + 1x8 6:30-15:00 every other week; call 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4ish weeks subject to departmental needs 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at submission; no RTO requests post offer or onsite 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away 1 full year before applying as traveler; return travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont if cancelled or facility DNR 10.
