- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Neuro (spines/crani), ENT (flaps), and Robotics (DaVinci Xi) highly preferred; common cases include Ortho (total joints, spine, trauma), Neuro (crani, spine), ENT (flaps), Robotics, Transplants/Procurements, Trauma/Burns, GU/GYN 3. Certifications: NBSTSA required (NCCT not accepted); BLS required; Radiation Badge required — must be provided by agency 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, days, 6:30A-5:00P with holiday rotation; 1 weekend shift (6:30A-7P, Saturday or Sunday) as needed; on-call required — up to 4 call shifts per month (end of shift 7A); floating within scope and between sister facilities required 8.
