- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of L&D experience required 2. Cases: Obstetrical patients including PPROM, SROM, Rule out Labor, IOL, Cesarean Delivery, Pre-eclampsia, Antepartum concerns; Level 3 Perinatal Center averaging 250+ deliveries per month; high acuity, fast-paced unit 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP required 4. License: RN IN (Indiana) licensure required; must attach license and certifications at submission or will be rejected 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: Nights, 4x12s, 7:00P-7:30A; no on-call requirements; block scheduling available; no floating required 8. RTO: No blackout dates or required holidays; max 36 hours RTO 9.
