Requirements
- Required certification: Occupational Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of licensed experience required; acute care experience required; adult rehab facility (IRF) experience required; key competencies with orthopedic, cardiac, neurologic, and general med/surg diagnoses preferred 2. Cases: Acute rehabilitation/IRF setting; orthopedic, cardiac, neurologic, and general med/surg diagnoses; ICU, TCU/tele monitoring, and general ward experience preferred 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required; copies should be confirmed at submission 4. License: CA OT License required 5. Education: Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour day shift, Tuesday through Saturday; 3 weekend days per month required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be willing and able to float to other UCSF Facilities as needed; float radius noted as 75+ miles 11. Background: Not specified 12.
