- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Adult Acute Care, Aspirations, Biopsies, Brain perfusion, Cervical, Chest without and/or with contrast, CT arthrography, Drainage, Emergency Department, Head without and/or with contrast, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Myelography, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Starting Peripheral IVs, Thoracic, Vascular CTA; Preferred age groups: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT CT required; license in hand required at submission 4. License: License in hand required at submission 5. Education: Education verification through a third party is required; facility will not accept education from schools on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience required; PACS and Siemens experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Days, 7a-7:30p, Friday-Sunday; No Call; must be able to work independently; subject to float to any Cone Health campus if needed 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; no time off that would prevent completing pre-start compliance on time 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current DL to confirm address for local rule 11.
