Cases: Cardiopulmonary, neurological, orthopedic, medicine, trauma, surgical, oncology populations; primary inpatient acute care 3. Certifications: BLS required; State License required; certifications not required at time of submittal unless otherwise noted 4. License: MO — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL — license in hand required at time of submittal; Compact — must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday, 0700-1530 (start time flexible up to 0800); one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) required per 4-week period, resulting in a day off during that applicable week; no on-call required; may float within any therapy service line 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract; 7+ days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of an assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with a 3-month break in service required; permanent employees across BJC and/or Saint Lukes must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler; BJC does not permit contractors to cancel a signed contract to accept another BJC assignment — mid-contract cancellations for the purpose of booking a different BJC assignment are not allowed; if canceled at contractor's discretion, must complete an assignment elsewhere before being considered for a new BJC opportunity 10.
