- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; will consider 18 months working under highest level of professional license with 1 year in the specialty field 2. Cases: Geriatric, Neurological, Stroke, and Amputation patients; Inpatient and Acute units 3. Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS required; NIH required 4. License: Current Alabama Occupational Therapist License required; must maintain active status in good standing with state board; PT, OT, and SLP licenses preferred 5. Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy required 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday; one weekend required per month; holidays as required 8.
