Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years preferred; previous IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) experience highly preferred 2. Cases: Brain injury, stroke, spinal cord, amputation, cardiac, orthopedic; adult IRF population; not a good fit if only has outpatient, schools, or acute care experience 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Licensed in Indiana (IN) required 5. Education: Graduate of accredited PT program required 6. EMR: UDS 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift; 36 weekly guaranteed hours; 2-3 weekend days per month; no call requirements 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Ability to float to CRHN and CRHW as needed 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified 14. Scrubs: Any color except navy blue 15.
