- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Pediatric patients with varied developmental conditions (Autism, sensory challenges, fine motor delay, regulation issues); feeding/eating experience preferred but not required; pediatric outpatient experience required; children's hospital experience preferred, not required 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA) and NBCOT required; copies should be in hand at submission 4. License: CA OT License required; if licensed in another state, may use the 60-day rule to practice in CA while obtaining CA license (takes 6-8 weeks); must be willing to obtain CA license upon offer 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Tuesday-Friday 08:00-18:30 (Monday off); no on-call requirements; may be called off based on patient volume; guaranteed hours apply after call-off policy has been met 8.
