- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Adult Outpatient; Orthopedics; Arthritis program; CVA (Stroke) Rehabilitation; Upper Extremity 3. Certifications: BLS required; copy must be included with submission 4. License: Pending/Active NJ license or NJ Compact Privilege required at time of submission; note that per submittal details, pending licenses are NOT accepted — valid state license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Mon-Fri, 8a-4p; no weekends; no holidays; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Facility requires TABB Background Checks; disclose any background details prior to submission 12. Modules: Unit-based competency, medication, and EKG testing required during compliance; 80% passing score; 1 attempt allowed — assignment will be cancelled upon failure 13.
