- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Daily caseload of 8-11 patients; acute care setting; adults and geriatrics; preferred generalist confident with medical diagnoses including mod-max assist patients, co-treatments, and ventilated patients 3. Certifications: BLS required; AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required; Manual therapy noted 4. License: AZ OT License required and must be in hand; AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required (estimated 4-6 weeks for fingerprint clearance; full licensure process can take 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, Monday-Thursday, 0800-1800; no weekend requirement noted in scheduling fields, however department is open 7 days a week and a weekend day will be required; no on-call required; no floating required 8.
