- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required per job posting; however, general facility notes state 2 years minimum — clarify with Account Manager Jordan Hinojos. First-timers not accepted. Travel experience required. 2. Cases: Pediatric developmental diagnosis delays; skills include Activities of Daily Living, Assessment, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Early Intervention, Evaluation, Feeding, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Learning Disability, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Perceptual Assessment, Patient/Family Education, Pediatric Outpatient, Safety and Injury Prevention, Sensory Diet Program, Sensory Integrative Testing/Treatment, Visual Perceptual Skills Testing/Treatment. Patient age groups: Adolescents and Pediatrics. 3. Certifications: BLS and NBCOT required. 4. License: WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs; WA license in-hand required for CNA and LPN jobs. Notify of any Nursys hits at time of submittal. 5. Education: Not specified. 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; Epic charting experience required. 7. Shifts/Call: No weekends required. Clinician may be called off for 1 eight-hour shift per two-week period. All travelers expected to float between like units within skill set; may also float to a sister hospital nearby. 8. RTO: Include all RTO at time of submittal. Maximum 5 days; anything more may delay offer pending client approval. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. 9. Returning Staff: 3-month rule to return as traveler. 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies. No locals accepted. 11. Background: Notify of any background or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval. 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 16 hours. Over 20 hours requires PM approval. Completed pre-start and annually. Time is self-reported; completion recorded in Workramp transcripts. 13. Travel Experience: Required. 14. Scrubs: Any color permitted; no reddish orange allowed. 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown. 16. Special Equipment: Not specified. Critical: Only 1 submittal per facility. 2 references required, covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years, due during compliance process and prior to start — can include Charge RNs/Leads. SSN and DOB required. Screen candidates for any missing skills or experience. Position is located at Pacific Campus (Pavilion for Women and Children, Level II NICU) — not Colby Campus. Orientation is 8 hours. Interdisciplinary support includes Social Services. Do not redirect or decline therapy travelers unless submitted to the wrong discipline.
