- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: Cardiac Arrhythmias, MI, ACS, Diabetes uncontrolled, DKA, Heart Failure, post heart catheterization, post PPM, post ICD; Cardiac Tele experience is mandatory 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS (BCLS), NIHSS required; EKG testing required prior to start 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; PYXIS and SBAR also used; first orientation day is Epic training 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour days; 36 or 48 hours can be offered; 13-week contract or longer through 2/27 end date; floating is required; 8 weekend shifts required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days for Aya Auto Offer; RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO could result in cancel and DNR 9.
