- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2+ years MS/Tele experience required 2. Cases: MS/Tele experience required; CVA, renal failure, heparin protocols, telemetry, dysrhythmia management noted 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required; ACLS preferred; all certs must be current and cannot expire within 30 days of start 4. License: Valid AZ RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6.
