Cases: Respiratory issues (pneumonia, COPD, respiratory failure, trachs, chronic vents, high flow/mid flow oxygen), trauma (multiple fractures, TBI, intracranial hemorrhage, internal organ damage), GI bleed, ETOH withdrawal, suicide attempts, overdose, renal failure, dialysis, multi-system organ failure, sepsis, DKA, seizure; IV medications including vasoactive drips (cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutamine), heparin, insulin drips with titrations 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required 4. License: Pending license accepted; must be active by start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner (Cerner-Powerchart) required 7. Shifts/Call: Nights (1900-0730); every other weekend required; floats within scope to Post-Surgical, Ortho/Trauma, Oncology, Medical/MedSurg, Cardiac, Stroke/Heart Failure, and ER boarding; block scheduling; patient ratio 1:4 nights; 36 guaranteed hours; orientation is 12 hours 8.
