Cases: Medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units; patient diagnoses include CVA, total joint replacement 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS and ACLS required; IV start and Telemetry required; NIHSS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (verify per standard compliance) 4. License: Pending license accepted 5. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; ratios 1:5-6 days and weekends, 1:6 nights; every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum (Saturday/Sunday); plus holiday rotation obligation; no block schedule; float required to all medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro; float assignment communicated up to 1 hour before shift start via recorded line 8.
