- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; must have worked in acute care within the past 6 months 2. Cases: MS/Tele cases; cardiac monitoring and emergency response; dysrhythmia interpretation/management 3. Certifications: BLS required; NIHSS required 4. License: Active New York Single State RN license required in hand to submit (pending license not accepted) 5. Education: Foreign education requires verification - alert account manager at submittal 6. EMR: EPIC experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: 7a-7p shifts; every other weekend required; every other holiday availability required; floating within skillset required 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO; must submit requests upon submission 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles not accepted 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours; total may reach 10 hours; excess over 5 hours non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any combination of navy blue and white 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Nasal cannula, oxygen administration/tanks, non-invasive airway management Critical: Patient ratios 1:5 to 1:7. Call off policy allows up to three shifts during 13-week contract. Multiple job submissions allowed.
