- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum of one year of EP experience required 2. Cases: Level 1 trauma and high volume/high acuity Cath lab experience required; interventional scrub experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; must pass Relias EKG exam 4. License: MO (can submit without license) or compact; IL license in hand required at submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic documentation system required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s rotating shifts (0700-1730, 0700-1730 late, 1000-2030 close); rotating call including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays; every other weekend required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract signing and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
