Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; specialty experience within the last year required 2. Cases: 36 bed telemetry/surgical floor 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses must be through American Heart Association (AHA); NIHSS required 4. License: VA License required in hand at submittal or provide proof of compact license 5. Education: NIH and stroke education required for RNs at all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health 6. EMR: Epic experience required for all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 or 4x12; floating may be requested based on facility needs 8. RTO: Keep to minimum, preferably no calendar week off during assignment and no more than 7 days total; must be in initial submission; no additional RTO requests approved after offer given 9. Returning Staff: Prior permanent employees must be gone for at least 6 months before being hired on to travel 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same base rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
