Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry experience required; Pacemakers; IV insulin protocols; Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and EKG Course/Telemetry test required 4. License: Pending State License not accepted; valid DL or State-issued ID required along with a utility bill in the traveler's name with matching address within the last three months 5. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, 7p-7a; floating within scope to meet facility needs; floating to sister facilities if needed; block schedule not available; weekend coverage required 8.
