- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years recent experience required (strict); 3+ years preferred; first-timers not accepted unless 3 years recent experience 2. Cases: General medical-surgical patients (neuro/stroke, post-op, general medical, telemetry) 3. Certifications: BLS required; must include renewal plan if expiring during assignment 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact RN license complying with NLC guidelines required; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: ADN accepted; BSN only required for Le Bonheur Children's, Methodist Rheumatology, and Centralized Staffing Positions (Float Pool) 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s DAYS (7a-7p); 4x12s 48 hours also option; on-call as needed; weekend rotation as needed 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at submission; RTO after offer will not be honored; no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent staff must be separated 1 year before returning; former travelers who worked full year must be away 1 full year 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule (strict); locals not accepted within 100 miles 11. Background: Driver's license copy required at submission 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
