- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (current experience); must have prior Cardiac Tele and Nephrology Med/Surg experience 2. Cases: Cardiac Telemetry, Nephrology Med/Surg; patient diagnoses include CKD, Renal Failure, AKI, Ureteral/Kidney Stones, Encephalopathy, HD 3. Certifications: BLS required; NIHSS required (can obtain after offer); ACLS preferred; must pass EKG testing before start date 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend or two per month required; float required within hospital and within Covenant system hospitals under 50 miles; minimum 2 hours notice for float; ratio 1:7-8 days, 1:7 nights, 1:7 weekends; bi-weekly orientations 8.
