- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Ortho/Spine/Med/Surg; patient diagnoses include Ortho/Neuro/Trauma Post Op 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA); ACLS and NIHSS preferred; AHA certifications required 4. License: Must be in-hand at time of submission 5. Education: BSN required for international travelers only 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 36/36 schedule; every other weekend required; no call; float required; 1:7 patient ratios (days, nights, and weekends); hospital may cancel/call off one shift biweekly without financial penalty due to census; additional overtime shifts may be flexed as needed 8. RTO: Must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius required; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
