Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; no first-time travelers 2. Cases: CVA, TBI, ABI, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological dx, generalized debility; Acute Care Rehab experience preferred; inpatient rehab department specializing in post-stroke, aneurysm, post-op surgical, brain injury, spinal cord injury patients 3. Certifications: BLS required; must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance (all RNs regardless of specialty); 2 attempts allowed; no study material provided 4. License: License in hand required at time of submission 5. Education: Education verification through a third-party required; facility will not accept education from schools on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Nights, 7p-7:30a; every 3rd weekend; holidays as needed; float required between all Cone Health campuses; patient ratio 1:6 (one unit may have 7 patients of equivalent acuity on a rotating basis) 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; one pre-approved time off noted; compliance deadline is 12 Noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current driver's license to confirm address for local rule 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on the background check 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation; not included in NBO; hours vary by unit 13.
