- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required; 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty applying for is required 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS required; NIH must be obtained prior to start 4. License: Permanent Ohio RN License or Compact State license must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7.
