- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Medical-surgical diagnoses; overflow unit (2E overflow); adults and geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: IN license, compact, or temp license must be in hand at time of start; pending license accepted 5. Shifts/Call: 4x12s; charge nurse responsibilities may be required based on operational needs (training and resources provided); only submit clinicians agreeable to charge coverage 8.
