Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of pediatric hematology oncology experience with central line management experience required 2. Cases: Hematology/Oncology inpatient; BMT/Blood Cell transplantation, neuroblastoma, anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, solid tumor, hemophilia, ITP, sickle cell anemia, other hemoglobinopathies; AML, ALL, Osteosarcoma, Neuroblastoma, Lymphoma, BMT (allo, auto, Car-T), Aplastic Anemia, Sickle Cell; BMT experience preferred 3. Certifications: APHON (required), BLS (AHA) (required), PALS (AHA) (required) 4. License: CA RN License required; pending state license accepted if ETA from licensing is available 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience highly preferred; candidates without Epic considered if very strong inpatient Hem/Onc background 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights; weekends Friday and Saturday for nights; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period; no on-call required; no floating required 8. RTO: 6 days RTO max; only two pre-approved time off; one holiday approval not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
