Cases: CHF, MI/Chest pain (pre- and post-cath), Dysrhythmias (pre- and post-device implants), Hypo-/Hypertension, Pleural effusion, Sepsis, PE/DVT/vascular issues; Adults to Geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS preferred; must verify candidate ability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration): milrinone, dobutamine, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Lidocaine, Bumex, Heparin 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Pyxis and SBAR also used 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no call requirements; floating within facility and scope of practice as needed; holidays worked based on how many fall within assignment period (1 holiday = work 1; 2 holidays = work both; 3 holidays = work 2); major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day 8.
