- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in hospital/acute care setting 2. Cases: Cardiac experience required (self-rating 3 or above); basic dysrhythmia training preferred (self-rating 3 or above) 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIH preferred 4. License: Valid Oklahoma or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Night shifts (3x12s), 1:4 ratios; no on-call required; float required within scope 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days in 13-week assignment; no holiday RTO (day before, day of, or day after holidays); no additional RTO after submittal or while working 9. Returning Staff: Must note if return traveler; no background or license hits allowed 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate as travelers 11. Background: No background or license hits allowed 12. Modules: 3-4 hours average, non-billable, required pre-start, recorded via transcripts or completion certificates 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Varies by unit 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, telemetry, high flow nasal cannula, central lines, PICC lines Critical: Zero-fault attendance policy (2 missed shifts = warning, 3+ = possible cancellation). Must commit to lab work within 48-72 hours of signing. One reference from manager/unit supervisor within past year required. 36 guaranteed weekly hours. 3 weekend shifts per 6 weeks required.
