- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission 2. Cases: OB Triage greater than 20 weeks, delivery of patients greater than 35 weeks, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, pre-eclampsia on Magnesium, GYN surgical post-op patients, postpartum couplet care, neonates on phototherapy 3. Certifications: NRP, BLS & ACLS required; AWHONN Intermediate and STABLE preferred 4. License: Valid Oklahoma or Compact License required at submission; no license hits allowed 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift 3x12s; weekend coverage required (16 shifts per contract); no on-call required 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days in 13-week assignment; no holidays; no RTO day before, day of, or day after major holidays; no additional RTO after submittal or while working 9. Returning Staff: Must note if return traveler during submission 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate as travelers 11. Background: No background hits allowed 12. Modules: 3-4 hours average; non-billable; required pre-start; recorded via transcripts or completion certificates 13. Travel Experience: No travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Varies by unit 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Must commit to lab work within 48-72 hours of signing. Zero-fault attendance policy - 2 missed shifts result in warning, 3+ may result in cancellation. One reference from Manager/Unit Supervisor within past year required.
